We lost our beautiful Golden, Arlo, in 2014. He was our pride and joy and took puppy and obedience classes for a short time with NCOTC. Arlo was a gentle giant, mild-tempered, with an infectious smile, and loved by all. Everywhere we went, we heard someone say, “pretty dog!” In fact, my son chose to get his senior picture taken with him. He visited my mother once a week during her last years in a nursing home. He even participated in a dog show there, and Mom clapped the loudest for him. In the photo we are getting ready to run a 5K at Tilles Park in the Fall of 2013. We are in front of the “kissing booth.” He had a wonderful life and we all miss him!
